- Connected third-party data you authorize us to access, including Gmail and Google Calendar metadata and content needed to provide Cernos features.
How We Use Information

- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Cernos product and website.
- Authenticate users, manage workspaces, and deliver customer support.
- Generate seller-facing priorities, context, follow-up guidance, and meeting preparation surfaces inside the product.
- Process payments, communicate service updates, and comply with legal obligations.
Google User Data
If you choose to connect Google services, Cernos uses Google user data only to provide the features you request inside the product. For example, Cernos may read Gmail threads and Google Calendar event data to identify buyer activity, show relationship context, surface follow-up priorities, and prepare sellers for meetings.
Cernos does not sell Google user data. Cernos does not use Google user data for advertising. Cernos does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect the rights and security of Cernos and its users.
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing and Service Providers
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the product, such as hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, customer support, and infrastructure providers. Those providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us.
